Voiceover Services Pricing
BASE RECORDING FEE
Standard Voiceover Rate: $300.00
The Base Recording Fee includes:
• Up to 150 words
• One recording session
• Basic audio cleanup
• WAV or MP3 delivery
• Two revision round
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following fees may apply when applicable:
• $100.00 per additional 100 words, or portion thereof, after the first 150 words
• $100.00 per additional revision
• $50.00 Rush Delivery Fee
REVISION POLICY
Two (2) complimentary revision round is included with all standard voiceover projects.
A revision is defined as minor performance adjustments requested after delivery, including changes to pacing, tone, emphasis, pronunciation, or similar performance-related elements that do not require substantial script changes.
The following are not considered revisions and may require additional fees:
• Script rewrites or additions after recording has been completed
• Changes to project direction after recording has been completed
• Multiple rounds of revision requests beyond the included revision round
• Re-recording due to client-provided script errors
• Re-recording resulting from changes to names, terminology, or pronunciations not provided prior to recording
Additional revision rounds shall be billed at $75.00 per revision.
To ensure accuracy, clients are encouraged to provide pronunciation guides, reference materials, and a final approved script before recording begins.
OPTIONAL PRODUCTION SERVICES
The following services may be provided at an additional cost:
• Background music integration
• Sound effects
• Audio mastering
• Audio restoration
• Noise reduction
• Sound design
LIVE-DIRECTED SESSION POLICY
Live-directed sessions are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Weekend availability may be accommodated by special appointment.
Clients may connect via Signal, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another mutually agreed-upon platform.
A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice is requested for scheduling live-directed sessions.
Live-directed sessions are billed at $100.00 per hour or any portion thereof.
Any applicable live-directed session fees shall be discussed and approved prior to scheduling.
Usage Licensing
Standard projects include a one-year usage license unless otherwise specified.
Extended licensing and commercial usage rights are available upon request.
